Hello!

Hello All!

My name is Jessee. I am new here and pretty new to collecting Pyrex! I actually wrote an entire post about that on my own blog.

Today I figured as my first post, I'll just post a photo of my favorite pieces...

I really seem to love anything black, white, gray and "gold". My grandmother had a bunch of pieces from the Butterfly Gold series when I was younger, so I'm always drawn to those first. It's also the easiest series to find in my area (central Maryland).

I'm so drawn to that pattern, that I'm starting to get a lot of duplicate pieces. Plus I am now prepared to entertain 20 family members with a complete, matching, set of dishes and mugs to go with all the casseroless and bowls... I'm starting to run out of room!!

  2. Welcome! Checked out your blog....great pics and I am envious of the TWO Woodland fridgies. I've been looking forwever for that to complete my set. Would you be willing to make a swap? I have Pressed Flowers without lid, a pre 1950's blue primary fridgie witout lid and golden acorn divided w/o lid. Would be willing to trade one for it. Ships from WA state.

    1. Stacey-
I don't have any woodland fridgies. :( Are you referring to the two plain brown fridgies I have? They go to my completed old orchard set. Sorry!

    4. Jessee and I live in the same area, there is a local antique store that had at least 10 of those fridgies. I always pass them up haha If they are still there when I go back tomorrow I will pick one up for you Stacey!

That is too sweet! If you do I will pay you to ship or trade and send you something, whatever works!
