I found many "holy grail" pieces.

You all would consider these "holy grails"

"Eyes" Chip and Dip

Starburst Space Saver

I also found a few other things that make my heart flutter.

Venture over to Treasures My Husband Hates to see those.

Chip and Dips

I love chip and dips. So much they have started growing in my house.

Man they are pretty.

These are two of my favorite Pyrex sets. I have a few other Pyrex ones missing their other halves.

I got a really awesome Blendo set a few weeks ago too. If you want to see my ever growing collection you can over at treasuresmyhh.blogspot.com.

Makes me crave some salt!

Happy Hunting

A Burst - StartBurst!!!

OMG! OMG! OMG!

I think I may have totally hit the jack pot Salvation Army. A few months ago I managed to score an "Eyes" set for $6.50. I thought that was my total lucky day ever.

But I just surpassed that as my best score ever.

(read about the eyes here.)

I scored a Starburst Space Saver!!!!!!

Yes at a thrift. I about crapped my shorts when I saw it. I even grabbed my son and said "hold this and say cheese!"

I walked away with it for..... are you ready for it?

$9

Read all my scores that day here at Treasures My husband Hates.

I hope you all score something amazing soon. I like seeing all your scores here.

finally got around to these...

I picked up all of these, well, probably a few months ago at this point. They've been sitting in my cabinet waiting for a little love, which I finally got around to this weekend. They were all in good shape, just needed a little cleaning.

I grabbed the Terra plate and bowls at Savers. I almost missed them since they weren't in the usual Pyrex area.

I'm not usually a fan of the speckled backgrounds, but I broke my rules to pick up this Forest Fancies #474 Casserole. What can I say? The mushrooms are pretty adorable.

Another Butterfly Gold for the collection. It's not really my favorite pattern, but I come across a lot of it in very good condition and can't seem to pass it up.

And then there's my favorite find. An unmarked Eyes chip and dip set. In really good condition. The color is still really bright and there are only a few minor scratches in the pattern. I found this at a local antique store and was surprised the seller did not know it was Pyrex since they primarily sold glassware. I still ended up paying antique store prices, but it was still a fraction of what I would have paid on Ebay.
