Has anyone else seen this story? It popped up on my Facebook feed from Pyrex Love the other day and I was all excited. Not that I have space for more Pyrex, but I thought the designs were fun, and certainly an improvement on the plain glass! It's also fun that the bowls come with lids.
Has anyone spotted the actual Pyrex in stores near you?
Brenda
no, I haven't seen them. Which stores have them?
ReplyDeleteI read somewhere else that someone saw them in a Kroger and also Target. They're listed on Amazon and World Kitchen -- the links are at the bottom of the story I posted.

ReplyDeleteI have come across them in eBay for far above the sticker price!! They are cute but have nothing on the original! I have been reading your blog(s) for quite a while now and wonder if you mind my linking back to you in my very first newsletter? I just opened a vintage glassware shop, RetroReclaimations.com, and am working on my newsletter. I have come to realize that everything I know about Pyrex has come from about 6 or 7 blogs and it is important to me that I credit all sources...even knowledge sources...from the get go. I am not familiar with the etiquette of linking back and would love any pointers you are willing to offer!! Thanks-Jen
ReplyDeleteThey are apparently not as good of quality as the original Pyrex, from what I've heard. As far as the linking back to the website goes, I'm sure it's fine! There are a number of us who write for these Pyrex Collective sites... I just happen to post this story (which is in fact, a link to another story!) If you have a question about Pyrex Collective in general, I'm sure Canadian Erin can help you out. Her email is in the upper right of this site.

ReplyDeleteTarget, grocery stores, and Amazon are selling them. Picked some up last night at my Target.
